When Chelsey invited me over to look at her landscape and the neglected fence that had been a long-standing issue with her HOA, she felt a bit embarrassed. Her yard had seen better days, and she even warned me to watch out for rats due to the deteriorating railroad ties, which were hollowed out and had become a perfect hideaway for pests.
We started by replacing the crumbling timbers with a beautiful, natural stone wall that brought both strength and elegance to the yard. Working with the HOA, we also designed a modern, durable new fence to enhance the space’s appeal and functionality. With fresh soil, carefully chosen plants, and thoughtfully placed lighting, we transformed Chelsey's yard into a cozy and inviting outdoor retreat—perfect for enjoying with friends.
